We provide fresh, high-quality linens tailored to the number of guests in your party, ensuring a restful and relaxing stay. You’ll have the entire property to yourself, including a private garden. It’s perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying quiet time, offering complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Enjoy the convenience of parking right outside the property on the private driveway. Your safety is our top priority, so we ensure a deep cleaning process between each booking, including complete sanitisation of the property before every arrival.

The house has been fully updated with modern amenities, super-fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout, and a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a washing machine, clothes airer, electric hob, fridge-freezer, and fan oven. It also includes all the necessary cookware and utensils, such as Pyrex dishes, baking trays, and enough cutlery and glassware for up to 8 guests (including wine glasses and tumblers).

The dining area boasts a beautiful solid wood table with ample seating for up to 6 guests, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The sleek, modern bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring luxury and convenience during your stay.

Check-in after 14:00. Entry is via a smart wall safe, where the property keys are conveniently accessible. Check-in code will be sent via email on the day of check in by 12 midday.

Check-out 11:00 return the key to the smart wall safe. Check out code will expire at 10:59 on day of departure.
